Her most recent nonprofit position was as the Director of Development and Communications with the NC Conservation Network. Heather has also served on the Board of Directors Democracy NC and ncyt: NC’s Network of Young Nonprofit Professionals. She holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.


Liz Ragland is Network for Good's Content and Community Manager. Liz is the editor of the Nonprofit Fundraising Blog and leads Network for Good's educational efforts by creating fundraising eGuides for the nonprofit community as well as coordinating the Nonprofit911 educational webinar series. Before joining the Network for Good team in 2013, Liz worked in communications, marketing, and development serving nonprofits in the arts, advocacy, and association spaces in Seattle, Oklahoma City, and Washington, DC.
