About Our Speaker
As the Senior Manager of National Programs for the Taproot Foundation, Kristin Teti designs and oversees all aspects of the organization’s online programs. Prior to joining Taproot’s national product and program team in 2013, Kristin held the position of Program and Development Manager for Taproot’s Los Angeles office. Previously, Kristin was an MSW counselor at Leeza’s Place in Los Angeles where she performed crisis intervention and needs assessment with caregivers, including client counseling and program referral services. She has also worked as a compliance officer for a Los Angeles-based hedge fund and for the American Bar Association: Death Penalty Representation Project in Washington, DC. Kristin holds an Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and received her Bachelor’s in Justice and Psychology from American University.
