Latinx Philanthropy in Action

Webinar | Thursday, October 28th at 1 PM Eastern
In the spirit of Hispanic Heritage Month, join Innovia Foundation, Jesse Parker Williams Foundation, Network for Good, Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, Castellano Family Foundation, and leaders of two Latinx organizations, Mujeres in Action (MiA) in Spokane and Ser Familia in Atlanta, as we celebrate their community-based contributions and discuss how expanding philanthropic investments in diverse nonprofit organizations is a central aspect of increasing funders' investment in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

The event will offer participants with the opportunity to learn about how investing in Latinx nonprofit partners strengthens their community’s access to health. We will also highlight the importance of building multi-stakeholder partnerships as key to addressing complex community-based needs and gaps through the lens of DEI.

Join us on October 28th to exchange knowledge about:
  • The landscape (demographics, giving trends, who’s still excluded) of Latinx philanthropic giving and support
  • How expanding philanthropic investments in diverse nonprofit organizations is a central aspect of increasing funders' investment in DEI
  • The role partnerships play in building equity and inclusion in communities
  • What type of support foundations can provide Latinx-led/serving NPOs
